Paramore’s Cryptic Teaser Leaves Fans Eager For ‘This Is Why’ Surprises
Paramore, the beloved rock band, has sent their fanbase into a frenzy with cryptic hints about something related to their album ‘This Is Why,’ released in February. The band recently shared an enigmatic video on Twitter, leaving fans eagerly speculating about what’s in store.
Dates and Titles Revealed

The intriguing Twitter post featured an iPhone note titled “Re: This Is Why,” clearly referencing their comeback album. In the note, three dates were mentioned, adding to the suspense. On September 28, something titled “This Is Why” is expected, followed by “Why Is This?” on October 2, and finally “Is This Why?” on October 6. While fans are buzzing with excitement, it remains a mystery whether these references point to new songs, B-sides from ‘This Is Why,’ or perhaps a deluxe edition of the album.
Paramore’s Triumphant Return
‘This Is Why,’ released in February, marked the triumphant return of Hayley Williams, Zac Farro, and Taylor York after a six-year hiatus. Prior to this, the band’s last album, ‘After Laughter,’ was released in 2017, featuring hits like “Hard Times” and “Rose-Colored Boy.” During their hiatus, Hayley Williams released her solo album, ‘Petals for Armor,’ in 2020, while Zac Farro unveiled several solo projects under the name Halfnoise.
Reflecting on Their Journey
In a January interview with Billboard, Paramore opened up about their reunion as a band. Hayley Williams expressed her amazement at their enduring journey, stating, “At this point, I don’t understand how we’re still doing it. Because it just feels like against all odds every single time — which, honestly, I feel like we’re the most annoying band in the world because it’s always like, ‘Oh, we overcame this, and now we’re making this album.'”
Paramore fans can hardly contain their excitement as they eagerly await the surprises that the band has in store for them on these upcoming dates. Stay tuned for more updates as the mystery unfolds.
