After A Tour Bus Accident, HARDY Was Treated For “Significant Injuries.”
Following a tour bus accident, HARDY is recovering from “significant injuries.”
After being involved in a crash early Sunday morning following his appearance at Country Thunder Bristol in Tennessee, the country music artist, whose real name is Michael Wilson Hardy, took to social media on Sunday (Oct. 2) to share a statement about his medical condition and the health of his road crew.
“Our tour bus was in an accident on our way home from Bristol following last night’s show,” HARDY wrote in a statement shared on Twitter. “There were only four of us on the bus, including myself, but we were all treated for serious injuries.” Our friend and bus driver is still in the hospital and needs your prayers. His family is with him while he receives treatment, and we are all pulling for him and praying for him.

HARDY’s website listed upcoming support dates for Morgan Wallen’s Wall to Wall Tour, including an Oct. 8 concert in Arlington, Texas, at the time of publication. HARDY’s representatives tell Billboard that there is no additional information beyond his social media statement.
HARDY concluded his statement by asking fans to pray for his team’s recovery. “Please keep our road family in your prayers, and I will keep you updated in the coming days,” he wrote. “May God bless our medics, as well as local and state officials, for their prompt response and outstanding service.”
