BLACKPINK’s new single “Pink Venom” has topped this week’s new music poll.

According to a poll published in Billboard on Friday (August 19), the group’s new single was the most anticipated new song of the week.

“Pink Venom” received more than 85% of the vote, beating out new music from Demi Lovato, Panic! at the Disco, Zedd, Maren Morris & BEAUZ, and others.
The song and music video were released on Friday, and they serve as the first taste of BLACKPINK’s sophomore album, Born Pink, which will be released on September 16. The new single “Pink Venom,” which features an interpolation of a line from Rihanna’s breakthrough single “Pon De Replay,” demonstrates the genre-bending sound of the four-piece K-pop group.
