Blink-182 Collaborates With Cole Bennett On Oversized Bunnies In ‘Edging’ Video: Watch
Blink-182 first reunited with Tom DeLonge, then released new music in the form of “Edging,” complete with an official music video. The skate-punk favourites provide some additional action, this time with a “alternate version” of “Edging.”
As the floppy-eared friends are taken out, it’s more Monty Python than Donnie Darko.
“Oh no, look at the mess we made,” DeLonge and Hoppus sing. Indeed.
Bennett has directed music videos for Juice Wrld, Jack Harlow, Lil Durk, The Kid Laroi, and many others.
Blink is definitely back. Just last week, the rockers announced that the band’s classic lineup would reunite for a new album, led by “Edging,” the first time the three founders had been in the studio together in a decade.
DeLonge, who left the band in 2014 and was replaced by Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio, tweeted, “‘Edging’ is fun, and a perfect way to remind u of the fun again.” But please f—ing wait.”
A world tour is on the way. The global tour, produced by Live Nation, includes the trio’s first-ever performances in Latin America, as well as runs in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand beginning in March 2023 and running through February 2024.
According to LN, the Australia tour announcement “has received an extraordinary response from fans,” with three additional arena dates added to the itinerary.
