Mill claims that Winston had a history of violent and vicious tendencies from previous attacks on people. Despite this, she asserts that Sassoon allowed Winston on the streets, knowing the potential danger.
As a result of the alleged dog attack, Mill claims permanent disability, scarring, and disfigurement. She is seeking substantial financial compensation from Eden Sassoon.
