Grace Bello’s Soaring Justin Bieber Cover Gets A Four-Chair Turn On ‘The Voice.’
Four-chair turns are the stuff of dreams on The Voice. Grace Bello is allowed to fantasise.
Bello, a 21-year-old originally from Cibilo, Texas, has recently relocated to Lacey, Washington. She’s now in America’s sweet spot.
During the blind auditions, Bello performed Justin Bieber’s “Ghost,” and the reaction was immediate and positive.
John Legend contributed two lines. Blake Shelton then spun around in a frenzy of turns.
“It was amazing,” Legend says, “because so many times we’ll get singers with these big, huge voices on the show and they do really well.” “But there have also been singers who were far more subtle.” In my first season here, I actually won with a singer like that. Maelyn was her given name. That was something I noticed in you as well. You have such great control, and your tone is stunning.”
Grace said she’s learning to play the piano when asked if she plays any instruments.
The only judge who knew the number by heart was Camila Cabello. “I thought, ‘Oh, she’s singing a Justin Bieber song, so I’m guessing she likes pop music.'” I’d be delighted to discuss song options with you.”
“And I love Justin Bieber!” Gwen added.
Yes, they all do.
Grace is then compared to Ariana Grande by Camila. Bello claims to be Sicilian, Gwen claims to be Italian, and John claims to have married in Italy. Everyone wants a piece of Grace, who is also Cuban.
“I have no idea who I am.” “Perhaps Italian?” quips Shelton.
