Hilary Duff Opens Up About Her 4-Year-Old Daughter’s ‘Massive’ Harry Styles Fandom

Harry Styles’ fame is limitless.

Former One Direction member Harry Styles has fans that include fellow singers, former US presidents, and even preschoolers, as Hilary Duff’s 4-year-old daughter Banks can attest.

The actress went on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Monday (Jan. 30) and spoke with Clarkson about recently celebrating her daughter’s birthday, which included a Styles concert.



“She got a lot of nice things, but I believe the most exciting one for her is she’s a massive Harry Styles fan. So when we bought the tickets, I thought to myself, ‘This is for me.’ “It was fantastic,” Duff said to the host.


“Matt [Koma], my spouse, watches the show,” she continued. ‘Are you having a nice time?’ I ask. ‘Are you having fun with this?’ And he’s having the time of his life, yet all he can do is absorb and stare. And I’m over here partying and singing along, and he says, ‘I can’t hear because you’re singing so loudly and embarrassing everyone.’ And Banks followed suit. I was afraid she was going to rip her car seat out as we were travelling. Every syllable was squeezing out, she wanted her window down, her hair flying… then when we arrive [surprised expression].”

Hopefully, this isn’t the last time Duff brings Banks out to see Styles. The pop sensation will finish his final Love on Tour gigs on January 31 and February 1 at the Acrisure Arena, Greater Palm Springs’ newest 11,000-capacity world-class stadium.
