In A New ‘SNL’ Promo, Aubrey Plaza Shares A ‘Crazy’ Kiss With Chloe Fineman

Aubrey Plaza wants her SNL debut to be fantastic.
The White Lotus actress appeared with SNL cast member Chloe Fineman in a new preview for this weekend’s programme to prove she’s ready to perform at studio 8H.
“I’m excited,” Plaza tells Fineman in the clip. “God, I enjoy your impressions.” Drew Barrymore.”
The SNL star doesn’t like Plaza’s Pollock imitation. Fineman politely requested a “little more fun” Plaza impression.
Fineman is surprised when the 38-year-old cries on cue and smacks herself in the face like Annette Bening in American Beauty. “Why are you this way?” she asks Plaza, who replies, “Because I’m insane, and I’ve been waiting to do this show since I was 12 years old,” before kissing her. The studio janitor ignores the women kissing.
Plaza will host SNL on Saturday after previously interning on the show and revealing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she completed a “preliminary first-round showcase” but did not get an audition with creator-producer Lorne Michaels.
