Olivia Wilde Has Won Custody Of Her Son After Criticizing Ex-Husband Jason Sudeikis For “Aggressive” Paper Serving.

Olivia Wilde won custody of their children after a judge denied Jason Sudeikis’ request to relocate them to Brooklyn, New York.

According to Page Six, a judge signed a document on August 5 declaring California to be the children’s home state. Since Ted Lasso filed a petition in October 2021 to relocate his family to New York with their two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5, they have been living with him. Daisy is in fifth grade, and Otis is in the eighth.

Sudeikis and Wilde split their time between Los Angeles, London, and New York City after calling off their engagement and ending their relationship in 2020. They raised their three children together. Wilde previously stated in court documents that she intends to “relocate with the children to London after the school year ends in 2023.” Wilde and her two children are currently residing in Los Angeles.

In April of this year, after being served with legal papers onstage during a presentation for her upcoming film, Don’t Worry Darling, Wilde claimed that actor Jason Sudeikis was “threatening” her. At the time of the presentation at CinemaCon, Wilde was promoting the film.

Wilde described the incident in court documents obtained by the Daily Mail. “It is abundantly clear that Jason’s actions were intended to threaten me and catch me off guard,” she said in the papers. “He could have served me more subtly, but instead he used the most forceful means available to him,” I explained.

Jason’s decision to publicly shame me at work and expose our family feud is counterproductive and harmful to our children in the long run.

After the CinemaCon incident, Sudeikis’ representative stated that the actor “would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner” and that the actor “had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered.” Page Six obtained confirmation from Sudeikis’ representative.

In early 2021, Wilde confirmed her relationship with Harry Styles. Styles co-stars in the upcoming film Don’t Worry Darling with Florence Pugh and Gemma Chan. The film will have its world premiere on September 23, 2022.

Jason Sudeikis was recently in London filming scenes for the third season of Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso. The new season is expected to premiere sometime in the second half of 2018.
