Pardison Fontaine, Megan Thee Stallion’s Boyfriend, Sends Message In Support Of Women Amid Tory Lanez Trial
Megan Thee Stallion’s boyfriend, Pardison Fontaine, is publicly sharing some thoughts on social media as jurors decide whether Tory Lanez shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot two years ago.
“To any woman, especially one of colour, who has suffered an injustice, I feel for you.. when you do find the courage to speak up.. it appears you will be ridiculed.. your credibility will be called into question.. your entire past will be scrutinised.. in an instant you can go from victim to defendant in the eyes of the public,” Pardi wrote in an Instagram Story Thursday evening (Dec. 22).
“To anyone with a daughter, sister, mother, niece, or aunt.. I pray for their protection,” he continued. I pray for their protection. This is not something I would wish on anyone.”
In October, Megan and Pardi celebrated their second wedding anniversary. The couple flaunted their anniversary date night, but Meg shot down any rumours that the couple was engaged in a tweet on Oct. 19. “As nice as last night was, we’re not engaged,” she explained.
Megan recounted the alleged shooting in court last week, blaming Lanez. “I wish he had just shot and killed me if I had known I was going to be tortured,” she said in her emotional testimony.
Lanez, who is charged with three felonies in connection with the July 12, 2020 incident in which prosecutors claim he yelled “Dance, b—-” and shot at Megan’s feet, did not testify in the trial. His lawyers have maintained his innocence, suggesting that Megan’s former friend and assistant Kelsey Harris, who was also in the vehicle that night, may have pulled the trigger.
