Snoop Dogg Is Amused By Jamie Foxx’s Spot-On Donald Trump Impersonation: ‘It’s Fake News’
Who knew Jamie Foxx could play Donald Trump? During an interview with Snoop Dogg on Thursday, the comedian revealed his startlingly accurate impression.
The hilarious moment occurred during the stars’ appearance on the Rap Radar podcast to promote their new Netflix vampire hunter film Day Shift. In the middle of the conversation, Foxx effortlessly delivered his Trump line, saying, “There are a lot of great people on both sides.” There are many wonderful people on both sides. “I know Harry O,” he said, referring to Death Row co-founder Michael “Harry O” Harris, who was pardoned and released from prison last year by President Trump. “He’s a wonderful person.” He was unable to vote for me at the time. He can now vote for me when he gets out. I adore Snoop D-O-double-G; he’s a wonderful person.”
When asked to name his favourite Death Row record, Foxx responded in the most Trumpian way possible: “All of them.” The entire Death Row catalogue. ‘Don’t try to catch me, you see what he just did…’ Please excuse me. Please excuse me, fake news. They attempted to infect me with the virus! “I defeated the virus!”
While Snoop worked with Foxx on the Netflix film, he’s also been busy launching his new breakfast cereal, Snoop Loopz, and the YouTube kids show Doggyland. This weekend, he’ll perform a Metaverse-inspired performance with his Super Bowl halftime show co-star Eminem at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards.
