Superstar Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailer’ is in its fourth week of theatrical run and is still holding its ground at the box office. The movie has become one of the highest-grossing Tamil films of 2023.

Since its release on August 10, ‘Jailer’ has consistently attracted audiences to theaters, even in the face of new releases. On its fourth Tuesday, Day 27, the film earned an estimated Rs 1.35 crore net in India, bringing its 27-day domestic box office collection to Rs 339.73 crore.

Despite the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan,’ theaters in Chennai and Tamil Nadu are still dedicating screens to ‘Jailer.’ This underlines the film’s enduring popularity and box office dominance.
