At the start of “My Life As A Rolling Stone,” Mick Jagger promises that he will try to keep the tone light.

Given the band’s lengthy history, it’s challenging to sum up one of music’s titans in a hilarious way. The four-part Epix documentary series, on the other hand, presents a full history of how the Rolling Stones became the ROLLING STONES, complete with vintage performance footage and interview excerpts, as well as new commentary from Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood.
