‘Champagne Problems’ At A Taylor Swift-Themed Breakup Bar
Swifties, rejoice: there is now a pub totally dedicated to your favourite pop star. Beginning January 27, Chicago will be home to Bad Blood: a Taylor Swift-Themed Break Up Bar, where fans can sip on drinks inspired by the “Anti-Hero” singer and wear their hearts on their sleeves just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Bucket Listers is putting on the unlawful event as part of its stated “(Anti) Valentine’s Season,” which will run from January 27 to February 26. The pop-up costs $20 per person and includes a special welcome drink for all participants.
“Whether you want to sing about your beloved, those who were never yours, those you’ll never get back together with, or those who still have your scarf,” the event description says.
Fans may “get bejewelled for photo chances and ready to participate in some champagne troubles” at the Swift-themed bar, according to the website. Fans can also have a tarot card reading to learn what the future holds for them, as well as “spin the Shake It Off Wheel of Cocktails for your drink of choice.”
Though the pub will be decked out with Swift memorabilia, fans should be aware that the pop diva will not be present. The bar, located at 324 S Racine Ave in the Electric Garden, will also be restricted to those aged 21 and up.
Bucket Listers, Inc. is not affiliated, endorsed, authorised, sponsored, or otherwise formally connected with Taylor Swift or any of her separate corporate entities or affiliates or subsidiaries, including but not limited to TAS Rights Management, LLC.
