Britney Spears Rejects The Idea Of A Life Biopic: ‘Dude, I’m Not Dead!!!’
Britney Spears put any talk about a biopic about her life and career to bed on Tuesday (Nov. 8).
“Yeah, I know I’ve been posting a lot on Instagram this week… But it’s a lot of fun!!! Now that I’m alive… I have time… It’s unique!!!! “I like it!!!” she wrote beside an artistic image of a set of doors. “I hear people want to make movies about my life… man, I’m not dead!!!”
Without naming names, the “Hold Me Closer” singer’s opinions on a potential film adaption of her life come just hours after Millie Bobby Brown said on The Drew Barrymore Show that playing Spears would be her ideal role. “I believe her narrative, first and foremost, connects with me,” the Stranger Things actor, 18, said on the show. “Growing up in the spotlight, watching her films and interviews when she was younger… And I don’t know her, but when I see images of her, I feel like I could tell her tale properly — and just hers.”

Meanwhile, if Spears isn’t interested in working with her, Brown may focus on her secret collaborations with pal Mariah Carey, having previously revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she’s already recorded music with the Elusive Chanteuse herself.
