Monday Night Football: Here Are All Of Your Options For Watching Live & Streaming Online Without Cable
Monday Night Football has begun! The Los Angeles Rams will face the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl on Monday (Oct. 3) at 8:15 p.m. ET, and even if you don’t have cable, there are plenty of ways to watch NFL games without spending a fortune.
So far this season, the Denver Broncos have faced the Seattle Seahawks, the Tennessee Titans have faced the Buffalo Bills, the Minnesota Vikings have faced the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Dallas Cowboys have faced the New York Giants.
The Los Angeles Rams host the San Francisco 49ers on Monday, followed by the Las Vegas Raiders hosting the Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 10 and the Denver Broncos hosting the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 17. The majority of the aforementioned games will air on ESPN, EPSN2, and ESPN Deportes, but a couple of them will also air on ABC. The complete 2022 MNF schedule can be found here.

Without Cable, How to Watch Monday Night Football
It’s no longer possible to watch all of your favourite NFL games by simply changing channels, and it can be difficult to keep track of which games are streaming on which platforms. Thursday Night Football, for example, is available on Prime Video, while Sunday Night Football games are available on Peacock and Monday Night Football streams on ESPN+.
That being said, while you can watch football games on your TV, phone, laptop, or computer, the cost will vary depending on which platform you choose.
ESPN+ provides access to football and other content for $9.99 per month (or $13.99 per month when combined with Disney+ and Hulu). The Cowboys vs. Giants game on Monday will kick off at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT on ESPN+, ESPN, EPSN 2, ABC, and ESPN Deportes. Monday Night Countdown pre-game coverage will begin at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m./PT, followed by MNF: With Peyton & Eli.
Alternatives to Cable for Monday Night Football
If you don’t want to join ESPN+, there are several other inexpensive options for watching sports and other content. FuboTV, Vidgo, Direct TV Stream, and Sling TV (the platform that recently restored ABC, ESPN, and other Disney channels) all start around $20-$50 for live and on-demand streaming of ESPN and other channels, as well as DVR recording. You’ll also receive a free trial of Direct TV Stream and Fubo TV, allowing you to watch football games for free for up to a week.
Another option for saving money: Hulu + Live TV is on sale for $49.99 per month (regular $69.99/month) until Oct. 5. Hulu + Live TV includes 75+ channels in addition to ESPN+, Hulu, and Disney+, as well as DVR storage.
Want to watch from outside the United States? You can use ExpressVPN to access ESPN+, Hulu, and other streaming services.
