‘The Voice’ Contestants Astound With ‘Paparazzi’ Performance By Lady Gaga

The “Havana” singer appears to have enjoyed the performance and was thoroughly impressed by each contestant’s very different, but equally stunning renditions of the Gaga classic. “I’ve never heard a voice like yours before, Sydney,” Cabello told Kronmiller. “Your note choices were so unusual, as was the way you slipped in and out of falsetto.”

“Eric, I saw you really grow as an artist and step into somebody I’m really excited to hear on the radio, see perform in shows,” she said of Eric’s boisterous presence.

The judges were particularly taken with Kronmiller’s low vocal range. “The fact that you can do that while also having the higher notes in your register—you really gave a great performance,” John Legend said of her performance.

Eric’s stage presence and energy wowed the judges yet again. While Blake Shelton expressed surprise at Kronmiller’s registration, he described Eric as the “happiest person,” telling Cabello that he couldn’t deny the theatrical contestant a spot.

While the judges liked both of them, only one can go on to compete on Cabello’s team. Viewers will have to tune in to tonight’s episode, which will air on NBC. Check out the teaser video below.
