Taylor Swift Confirms ‘Graham Norton’ Appearance, Releases ‘Midnights’ Music Video

We’ve finally arrived at Midnights week, after weeks and months of drip feeds, easter eggs, and product launches. The finish line is in sight for Swifties.
Midnights, Taylor Swift’s tenth studio album, is set to be released this Friday (Oct. 21). However, the action does not stop on release day.
On Thursday (October 20), a teaser trailer will be shown during the third quarter of Thursday Night Football on Prime Video.
The following day, the Midnights album is released, along with a “special very chaotic surprise” at 3am ET, followed by the “Anti-Hero” music premiere at 8am, and a #TSAntiHeroChallenge on YouTube Shorts. The lyric videos for Midnights will be released at 8 p.m.
Fans can tune in to NBC on Monday for Swift’s previously announced appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, following a weekend of absorbing Midnights. Then, on Tuesday, Oct. 25, Swift will release a second, untitled Midnights music video, and on Friday, Oct. 28, Swift will appear on The Graham Norton Show in the United Kingdom.
It’s not surprising that “Anti-Hero” is the first cab to arrive. Swift recently stated that the song is “one of my favourite songs I’ve ever written.” I don’t think I’ve ever delved this deeply into my insecurities before.” “I struggle a lot with the idea that my life has become unmanageably sized,” she continued. Not to be too depressing, but I’m struggling with the idea of not feeling like a person — don’t feel sorry for me, you don’t have to. But this song is a real guided tour through all the things I tend to dislike about myself; we all dislike certain aspects of ourselves.”
Swift teased each of the album’s 13 track titles with a TikTok “Midnights Mayhem With Me” game in which she spun a bingo cage with each ball corresponding to a track from the album.
The album will also be available on vinyl in a variety of colours. Collect all of them, spin them around, and you’ll have a clock (Swift’s website sells hardware to turn that clock into a working timepiece).
